Shadow Work with Mask Making

By now you have heard of Shadow Work, an intense dive into your intense feelings, or unrecognized power, negative feelings, extreme hurts and underlying fears which seemingly stopping you from reaching your destiny. I mean this is life changing work, think of something you wish to work with, something that has stayed with you but doesn’t feel closed, or alternatively on occasion just pops up unexpected. Now think of that past version of yourself where you first remember this experience or memory, welcome it to seat with you. Now begin a conversation with that old self, what may be known as the inner child.
This Shadow could have been born in a past life or maybe in this childhood, or first life experiences that just didn’t go right. This may create a blockage and may very well affect your chakras in this current life experienced, causing physical and mental illness. It obviously needs healing and integration.
Tamare is trained in traditional Ojibway Healing Circle. This method of healing is a humbling opportunity with teachings of unconditional love and deeply connecting you to your heart. Allowing for the truth and compassionate guidance and understanding.
We will look at what we project or projections.
What do you dislike ? Do you have emotional triggers? Do you have repeating patterns in particular with relationships.

Wear comfortable casual clothing it might get glue or water paint on them. Clean face we will be putting a Vaseline base on your skin as your actual face will be used to form the mask. We will use an old paper mâché technique on the first day, choosing a partner, each of us helping the other. This is a fun opportunity to trust and have a lot of of good giggles. We will dive into our feelings and fears in a traditional healing circle. This will help us integrate these parts of ourselves. As we shine light on these issues we shrink it, learning to accept ourselves as we are.
Sunday Evening April 5th 5pm-9pm
The following week we will cut & paint the mask. Again we will hold another healing circle to discuss the experience as we begin the process of letting go.
Sunday Evening April 12th 5pm-9pm
Finally we will decorate the mask, afterwards we will take the mask into a final healing circle in order to integrate our shadows with our light!
